​In this 1 day experiential retreat, we will explore peace as an internal resource you can generate, giving you a greater sense of self-mastery, groundedness and empowerment; despite whatever circumstances you may be dealing with.

With over 10 years of experience from my hypnosis practice, I bring a skill set that allows participants to explore what it means to broaden their awareness and feel competent in making powerful, beneficial changes. I am an experienced discussion facilitator and workshop leader. 

Weaving hypnosis, NLP and improv into a unique combination, I create space for people to explore and discover their own inner resources, understanding that information and experience is oftentimes the only thing that is keeping us from being the version of Self we wish to be.

Registration

Participants must be registered no later than January 10th, 2026.  Early bird pricing is $197 (this includes lunch and refreshments) and increases on December 15th to $247. You will receive a follow up email confirming your spot and include any other important information you will need to know.  Please note, cancellations will be accommodated up to one week prior to the event and refunded at 100%. Cancellations after January 10, 2026 at 8am will not be refunded. 

As a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Yoga Studies & Psychology, I guide individuals and groups through yoga, meditation, and breathwork practices designed to support greater awareness and balance.

Drawing from traditional yogic practices while adapting to individual needs, my approach is grounded and accessible. I offer tools that help people slow down, connect with their bodies, and cultivate presence and ease, wherever they are on their journey, even in a busy, modern world.
